O WhatsApp appears to be working on a new feature for the messaging app that will allow users to add and better organize the contacts of the most important people in their lives.
As shown on the WABetaInfo website, WhatsApp is working on a new tab for the Settings area – which will be called Favorites. With this tab, users would no longer need to scroll through the home page in search of their favorite contacts.

Unfortunately, it seems that this tab will take a while to arrive as it is not yet available to beta users.
