A work activity in a telecommuting regime in Angola is already regulated with its rise in Diário da República, presidential decree 52/22, which determines, among several aspects, that the visit by the employer to the workplace, when carried out at home, must be carried out with prior notice of 24 hours.

Teleworking is the provision of work carried out under legal subordination, usually outside the company's premises and using new information and communication technologies, which can commonly be home telework, in a satellite office, a community work center and in nomadic work.

According to the diploma, in which the wording of MenosFios had access, it is applicable to civil servants and administrative agents until a specific legislation is approved.

The document mentions that pregnant women with acceptable health conditions can resort to the teleworking legal system, as well as people who have individual or shared care for children under five years of age and people with special needs dependents with a disability or attested disability equal to or greater than 60%.

It should also be noted that the presidential decree on telework is also determined for people who have a health condition incompatible with face-to-face work, provided that they have proof with a document issued by a health entity.

The telework schedule was also referenced in the document, establishing that it must be provided for in the General Labor Law, and where it adds that during working hours, the teleworker must be available for contacts with clients, colleagues and hierarchical superiors.
