The Angolan delegation was led by the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Angola to the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland and Ireland, Geraldo Sachipengo Nunda, who was present at the working sessions, representing the Angolan Government.

It should be noted that during four days, several experts in telecommunications matters from the Member States of the IMSO elected the governing bodies of the organization, as well as defined the business plan for 2023 – 2024, not forgetting the approval of the budget for that period.

The twenty-eighth assembly of the IMSO takes place in the year that marks the fortieth anniversary of the creation of this international organization, based in the British capital, London.
