A NetOne, a telecommunications operator has released a statement today, informing its customers and the general public that there will be no price hikes on virtually all of its services.
According to the Angolan Institute of Communications (INACOM), which issued a Service Order 01/16 issued on September 26, 2016, that all Telecommunications Operators operating in the national market should adjust the Telecommunications Rate Unit ( UTT) from 7,20 AKZ to 10,00 AKZ, effective from 29 October 2016.
During the week, the operators Unitel and Movicel, have already informed their customers about the price adjustment of their services. NetOne tries not to lose more customers and we think that, with this one of not changing the price of its tariffs, the company will still attract more public belonging to other operators.
It reads in its statement, where NetOne says it wants to put itself next to its customers. It is an attitude that we believe many did not expect, we know how difficult and expensive telecommunications will become in the coming times. It is worth mentioning here the prices of some NetOne services:
WiMax internet packages:
- USB CARD - with 500 Mb, 2 Mb speed costs 7.650 AKZ
- MUVON 6,7 CM 50 GR- with 2 Gb of data, 2 Mb of speed and 8 users costs 16.000 AKZ.
- MODEM DT235 WI-FI- with 6 Gb data, 2 Mb speed and up to 11 users costs 27.000 AKZ.
WiMax data packets:
- 118 UTT plane with 300 Mb costs 850 kzs
- 188 UTT plane with 500 Mb costs 1.350 kzs
- 188 UTT plane with 500 Mb costs 1.350 kzs
- 2.083 UTT plan with 15 Gb costs 15.000 kzs
