It has recently been circulated that in the last few days there have been difficulties in issuing Identity Tickets (BI), Criminal Register, this derived from a failure of the Angola Telecom system, but that now the problem has been overcome.
What really happened?
In a press release, Angola Telecom explained that it was a failure of Angola Telecom, and the technical team worked hard for three days to restore services.
In order for such cases not to recur, Angola Telecom will propose a set of technical solutions of "redundancy" for the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
