To be honest, at the time I pressed the "download", Was waiting for an application at the assistance level of , that is, lousy.

To keep my mouth shut, I found a well-crafted interface, with option for smartphones ou tablets.

Overview

Anyone who has tried to solve this problem by calling the DSTV customer service, knows how difficult it is! Cons

  • The English version contains many errors.
  • When inserting the DSTV card number I had to delete the last digit, otherwise I did not recognize it.
  • From time to time, the Android version blocked, but improved with an update.

Congratulations to Multichoice, who managed to hit this app, preventing users from losing more than 10 minutes in attempting to contact the customer support center.

I do not see how Multichoice could have got this application right for Android and iOS systems (for Apple), if I have been trying to eliminate / repair the error “E-2” for more than 16 hours and I cannot. How is it possible that a company like DSTV Angola, which earns millions of dollars, does not have an AUTOMATIC service when payment is ALSO AUTOMATIC. The word "Automatic" means that the machine or system no longer needs the "man" to make it happen. It is unfortunate that a company like this, still has backward thoughts and that has, as a mission, to raise the monthly fees, without improving basic services (How to activate the SIGNAL AUTOMATICALLY) and that guarantee the satisfaction of those who fill their pocket with money. In a serious country, Multichoice closed due to incapacity and terrible provision of a service that was not free or cheap. An authentic SHAME! I speak of this, in a serious country ... Not here where our leaders think that this crappy company (not to write what comes to my mind, out of respect for those who will read), is doing us a BIG FAVOR. MORE THAN TWO (2) HOURS TO ACTIVATE THE SIGN AND NOTHING (to be more precise, I am precisely at 2: 48 minutes). Even the signal sleeps in that country.
    PS: I sent more than 20 sms to “43788” and they were not (both by Unitel and Movicel). I entered the site, nothing ... Not even with magic! I resorted to facebook here, but it was already closed until the next day, after all, the man needs to rest and DStv is doing expenditure restraint and cannot employ anyone else, especially to work during that period… I downloaded the “splint” app and regretted it me to spend my Mb´s, because it is as crap as the rest… I can only hope that tomorrow someone from DStv remembers to make a “refresh” to the system. Angola is on the move and getting better and better…
