The court ruled that Apple is right., Samsung copied and the fine was set. Samsung shares fall as parachutists on a holiday. Apple has won and convinced and can be satisfied.
But that is not how Mr. de Cupertino thinks, they want Samsung to suffer more and more. To conclude this "torture" process, Apple introduced the list of 8 devices it plans to ban from United States:
- Galaxy S 4G
- Galaxy S2 (AT & T)
- Galaxy S2 (Skyrocket)
- Galaxy S2 (T-Mobile)
- Galaxy S2 Epic 4G
- Galaxy S Showcase
- Droid Charge
- Galaxy Prevail
There was an official list of 40 devices that Apple could try to ban, but they chose the ones that are most marketed today in the American market.
It remains to be seen, if on September 20, the American courts will give this victory to Apple. Then it would be a deathblow for the Samsung (at least on American soil)
