Whoever subscribes to DStv services (at least in Angola) has certainly had to wait hours in a row waiting to be served, simply because he needs to activate the sign of his card or make a simple complaint. The good news is that you can now do all of this through the Facebook from DStv Angola.

The process is quite simple, just send a message or write a comment stating the question you want to solve and the number of your card and in a few minutes you have an answer for your case. As you can see in the image below:

Also I tested the customer service DStv by Facebook and I approve. In my case it was a little more complicated, it was a more technical problem, so I was asked for the phone number and they called me, they gave me a series of instructions and my problem was solved. Worth saying that it was almost 22 hours.

This is another example of how new technologies can solve our daily problems and for this is not necessary to reinvent the wheel, DStv simply created a page on Facebook and by what we know Facebook is free and anyone can handle. This may be the solution to improve (precarious) customer service in Angola.
