Writers from the province of Good will gain a digital platform to promote their literary works, an initiative by university student Diamantino Jumbi.

The technological innovation has already been presented to the Provincial Office of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports in the region, and the platform aims to contribute greatly to the dissemination of literary works by local writers, with access available to the public through computers, cell phones and tablets.

The young creator emphasizes that a study was carried out, which concluded that, in a universe of 370 people who use the Internet, only five know biennial writers, hence the idea of ​​creating this platform.

He also assured that the application has acceptable security levels, as citizens should not copy books or even reproduce them.

Journalist and writer Fernando Chicapa highlighted the need for the application to also be known at a national level, either by the Ministry of Culture or similar institutions, so that its owner and local writers are recognized and valued.

In turn, writer Adilson Bumba Luís spoke of the importance of this platform being in fact covered in security, under penalty of being invaded and putting literary works at risk of being copied, thus violating copyright.

However, writer Auménides de Cássia Vussmua encouraged the extension of the application to other writers in the country.

The head of the Cultural Action Department, Sílvio André, thanked this author for his initiative, as it meets the Government's objectives in terms of motivating citizens to cultivate the habit of reading.
