BNA launches Bank Customer Services Portal

O National Bank of Angola (BNA) recently launched the Banking Customer Services Portal, a technological platform aimed at improving the services provided by the bank to consumers of financial products and services.

Second the official statement, the portal also aims to reinforce the accuracy, timeliness and sufficiency in the provision of information, as well as the centralization of services inherent to credit responsibility, as well as to private foreign exchange operations.

The BNA also points out that the Credit Responsibility Service makes it possible to prove the existence or not of any registered credit responsibilities, as well as promote the issuance of documents attesting to such credit obligations registered at the Credit Information and Risk Center (CIRC).

BUT: National banks do not comply with the rule that provides for transfers on weekends

The Private Foreign Exchange Operations Service, on the other hand, enables individual bank customers over 18 years of age to consult their annual position of orders in private foreign exchange operations, approved and settled, registered in the Integrated System of Foreign Exchange Operations (SINOC), in accordance with the annual amount set out in Notice No. 3/2023, 9 March.

The bank customer can access the Portal through the Quick Links of the Institutional Website – https://www.bna.ao, simply clicking on Bank Customer Service Portal – https://servicosclientebancario.bna.ao.
