The Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication (MINTTICS), specifically from the National Directorate, informed that the organization has created mechanisms with the mobile telephony operators in order to increase the quality of the services offered by the referred companies.
According to Matias Borges, National Director of Telecommunications and Information Technologies, in an interview with the Angolan television network TV ZIMBO (via Xé-Agora Aguenta), says that “We are working with operators to improve. We have to offer the best of services, with quality, in terms of electronic communications services. But, with the sector-wide projects that are being implemented, we may experience great improvements in the near future”, said the person in charge.
This statement by Matias Borges comes after what happened last weekend, the instability of services in several telephone and communication companies in the country, namely UNITEL, MOVICEL e ZAP FIBER, which resulted in extensive complaints and complaints from service users.
