The last day in national territory was marked by the instability of services in several telephone and communication companies in the country, namely UNITEL, MOVICEL e ZAP FIBER.
According to what the editors of MenosFios found out, the mobile operator UNITEL was the first to be sanctioned for the instability of its Voice, Call and SMS services, as of 17 pm on that Thursday, which caused great discomfort for customers, who found themselves deprived of the same services.
The instability was only restored four hours later, and where in a statement the company clarified that there was an anomaly in the services, bringing this instability verified by the users. Until the morning of this Friday (18) the services were already on the air, and where in a statement the company said that it is already dealing with the situation.
MOVICEL was also one of the telecommunications operators targeted in the instability, in that same period of time, where until the close of this issue, the mobile operator's customers are having problems directly activating/deactivating the company's mobile plans.
On an official note, through its social media profiles, MOVICEL assured that it is already working to restore normality to the affected services as soon as possible.
Another communications company that presented problems of instability in its services was ZAP FIBER, according to what our editors found out.
As noted, so far the company is deprived of access to its customer base, which is causing customers to be unable to top up their accounts, and where the company certifies that the same users get in touch with the Customer Service Center in the following days.
In addition to the announcements already referenced above, there has been no further pronouncement from the companies so far, and where the National Institute of Communications (INACOM) has not yet commented on this instability verified in the main mobile telephony and internet companies in the country, from Thursday- Fair to this Friday.
