Luanda's provincial director of Culture, Tourism and Sports, Manuel Gonçalves, appealed to young Angolans to make good use of social networks and avoid disseminating "Fake News".
The leader who spoke in a lecture with the theme “Youth and Current Challenges, Development and Consolidation of Democracy” held at the Casa da Juventude, in Viana, in greeting of the Angolan Youth Day, he stressed that the misuse of social networks, fundamentally with the dissemination of false news, creates social destabilization, and youth should use this medium in the best way.

Manuel Gonçalves adding that the national youth has always played an important role in all stages of the country, such as in the struggle for independence, as well as for the achievement of peace, on April 4, 2002. Still in his speech, the leader called , also, attention to the respect that public institutions must have in a State of law and democracy, stating that the main pillar of this reality consists of each individual fulfilling his or her role as a citizen.
