1) How to delete WhatsApp account
To delete your account, you must:
- open settings
- Account
- delete my account
- Add the associated phone number
- Confirm the process in “Delete my account”
2) Turn on two-step verification
The two-step verification that essentially serves to enhance security. To activate it is necessary:
- open settings
- Account
- two-step verification
- activate
- Enter PIN code for future registrations
3) Cancel the video and photo archive
- open settings
- Data usage and storage
- select option no file in Automatically download files
- activate
- Enter PIN code for future registrations
4) Mute a video to share with a contact
To share videos without sound, in the conversation, you must:
- Click on Clip followed by Gallery
- choose video
- In the editing interface click on the loudspeaker, to be deactivated
- and proceed with shipping
5) Customize the text in WhatsApp
If you think that WhatsApp messages always have to look the same, we bring you a tip that might change your mind. It is then possible to change the appearance of the text and this time within the application itself.
All you need to do is add a specific element before and after the text block you want to customize.
- Negrito – As we can see in the images, we can highlight something in bold in a text so we do *text* and our text inside parentheses will be in bold. It always helps in a message to highlight something more relevant.
- Italic – We can also have our text in italics. For this we use _text_ and our text will be highlighted in italics.
- Scratched – Sometimes we need to confront a text with what it was and what it is no longer. For example, we use strikethrough text. So, to do this in the message we put ~text~ and our text will appear outlined.
- Formatted – If we want to have our message text formatted, which stands out due to its different character, we place the following “`text“` at the beginning and end of the text and will highlight that piece of text.

7) Accelerate audios
Audio messages have a button that, when clicked, speeds up what you are listening to. Each time the new button is pressed the message changes from 1x to 1,5x and then to 2x. In the end, when loaded, everything returns to the normal rhythm of the message (1x). This value is also improved and repeated later in another message.
