A group of Angolan students in the People's Republic of China will benefit from training in Aviation Sciences and Technologies, at Shandong Yufeng Aviation Technology Co. Ltd, based on cooperation agreements between the nucleus of the National Youth Council (CNJ AO-CHINA) in the Asian country, with the Chinese company.

The information was revealed by the general coordinator of the CNJ's representation in China, Odair Júlio, after a meeting with the management of the airline, headed by Liu Yang.

The training of Angolan students takes place following an invitation made by the Chinese company to the Angolan youth organisation, to visit its facilities, where the general coordinator found out about the existence of the training project in the field of aviation, aimed at young students.

Shandong Yufeng Aviation Technology Co. Ltd, has had a prominent place in the Chinese market, having its foundation resulted from an investment by the Government of the District of LanShang, in the city of Rizhao, with a focus on studies and travel in the field of aviation.

"We see this company's invitation as a great opportunity to provide our young students with training in aviation techniques.”, said Odair Júlio, adding that the company Shandong Yufeng Aviation has accumulated enormous experience in the market and represents one of the references when it comes to training future aviation staff.

BUT: Angola and China will reinforce technological partnership

He also stressed that the meeting also served for both parties to agree on aspects of mutual interest, one of which being the availability of vacancies for paid internships to members of the CNJ AO-CHINA, with the possibility of being part of the said company, “if students reveal the ability to meet the challenges and demands” posted by the airline.

The first group of students, highlighted the youth leader, should travel to the facilities of Shandong Yufeng Aviation, in Rizhao, before the end of the first half of the current month, for a three-month training cycle, “their future will depend on the level of performance”, throughout the learning process.

On the occasion, the general coordinator and the assistant coordinator, Finelsa Baza, were invited to be speakers in the lecture on the role of young people in modern societies, witnessed by more than 200 students from the Rizhao High School.
