The 14th edition of the FITITEL 2023, which ran from September 7th to 9th, with the motto: “Technological innovation at the service of road safety”, had a positive impact with the participation in the event of 10 companies from the Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) sector of the Angolan market and six startups developed by former students of the Luanda Telecommunications Institute (ITEL), with more of 50 employees.
According to the coordinator of FITITEL/2023, Dionísio Fama, in addition to the exhibition of innovative projects, this edition also served to share knowledge, being taught 10 mini courses on optical fibers, computer and mobile networks, graphic design, programming, among others.

On the main stage, he added, subjects were discussed in lectures and round tables, such as road safety, technology, entrepreneurship and business, as well as the presence of cultural attractions, such as music, dance and comedy.
In turn, the director of ITEL, Cláudio Gonçalves, thanked the institutions that made it possible to hold the 14th Technological Innovation Fair of the Telecommunications Institute of Luanda (FITITEL/2023).
