The projects presented in the 14th edition of Technological Innovation Fair of the Telecommunications Institute (FITITEL 2023), which took place from the 07th to the 9th of September, with the motto: “Technological innovation at the service of road safety”, show the potential “of remarkable brilliant minds” that make up the national student community, according to the Secretary of State for Telecommunications and Information Technologies, Pascoal Fernandes.
Speaking on the last day of the technological event that registered more than four thousand visitors, who for three days flocked to the exhibition stands of 40 projects by former ITEL students from IT, electronics and telecommunications, IT and multimedia systems courses, the secretary praised ITEL students for the projects presented at the Technological Innovation Fair.

After a guided visit to FITITEL/2023, Pascoal Fernandes also mentioned that he found good initiatives, a fact that leads the ITEL management to continue investing in rigor and boldness in training so that talents and solutions can be created, since the Most of the projects presented aim to address specific problems facing Angolan society.
The director highlighted the good integration of sponsors and investments, noting that existing support helps students so that they can develop their business sense and entrepreneurship to promote employment.
"There is a need to emphasize the initiatives of young people to be able to respond to the problems that society is experiencing"He said.
He further stated that the projects presented offered promising and innovative perspectives, not only to improve road safety, but also with a view to responding to other needs in the national market.
