Usually when customers complain about a service or product, companies have to change and adapt to the new needs of their customers / users. This is exactly what is happening now with Samsung. According to ET News, Samsung's next generation Galaxy is expected to replace the plastic liner used today in its high-end models for a metal liner. Part of these complaints are due to competition from Samsung such as Apple, HTC and even LG that have invested in another type of coating of their tops that are reflected in a mobile phone with more "level" compared to, for example, the S4.

Rumors point out that Samsung will follow Apple's “supposed” strategy with a low-cost product line and a more expensive line equipped with metal housings. This strategy is supposed to start with the Galaxy Note 3 launch tomorrow, with the launch of a plastic version this year and in 2014 a metal version.

Speaking a lot about the Galaxy S5, there is still a long way to go for the launch that should only come out in the second quarter of next year, but it is known that it may have a new 16 megapixel camera and an optical image stabilization system.
