ANGOSAT EDUCA is an educational-purpose application, an initiative of the Office of Management of the National Space Program (GGPEN), in the field of space education, which aims to disseminate basic concepts on space and gather information about the ANGOSAT project, which is framed in the National Space Program.
The application steps are:
- Space History - in this stage is dated some of the main landmarks of the Space History;
- Space Culture - this stage describes the characteristic elements of cosmic space;
- Satellites - this stage defines satellites and how they are classified;
- Elements of the Space Mission - this stage describes what is a space mission, the elements that make it up and the need for a space mission;
- ANGOSAT-1 - this stage describes the need for the ANGOSAT-1 satellite, the main objective and its benefits;
- ANGOSAT-2 - this stage describes the ANGOSAT-2 satellite, main objective and its benefits;
- Small Satellites - this stage defines what are small satellites, when it was presented the concept of small satellites, types, objective and the training program of leaders in CANSAT.
O ANGOSAT EDUCA has great importance in space education for presenting a different learning method, with game that leads the users to understand the space and its technology, from a different perspective, when answering the questions of it. This contact can greatly influence the users of school age, the future professional choice and mental development.
