The Santa Monica Studio PlayStation is currently working on 'God of War Ragnarök', the sequel to the highly praised and successful 'God of War' released in 2018.
Balrog added that the team is being perfectionist with the details and that it only intends to announce news when it is ready to do so. This video was shared by the animation director of the Santa Monica studio, Bruno Velazquez, who was asked by a fan if 'God of War Ragnarök' continues with a release scheduled for 2022.

The producer responded to this follower and assured that 'God of War Ragnarök' will be released this year, leaving no room for any possibility of postponement to next year. Remember that Sony had already stated that 'God of War Ragnarök' would be released in 2022 but, given that the game has already been postponed in the past, it is natural that fans want to be sure that they can count on the launch later this year .
Remember that 'God of War Ragnarök' will arrive on both PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
