The municipality of Bailundo, in the province of Huambo, now has new technological conditions (software and internet) to boost the process of issuing commercial licenses, within the scope of the decentralization of competences.
According to the local director of Integrated Economic Development, Abraão Sonjamba, the first phase of this technological innovation has already been completed two months ago, with training on inserting data into the digital platform for this purpose.
Therefore, the municipality of Bailundo already has the required skills, with the installation of the internet and the software or portal used by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce to issue the document.

Abraão Sonjamba also informed that, in the last few days, more than 60 commercial agents requested the issuance of the commercial license, all of them forwarded to the Cabinet of Integrated Economic Development of the province of Huambo, so that there is greater speed in the process.
The Director also stressed that these are establishments selling food, construction materials, household appliances, services and others who want to see their activities legalised.
