A ideaLab recently launched C, an executive online business platform that aims to develop management and leadership skills. The objective is to enhance the talent and growth of people, teams and businesses.
To emancipate the digital project, ideaLab partnered with two prestigious organizations: the European Union (EU) as co-financier of the project, and Nova SBE Executive Education (Faculdade da Universidade Nova de Lisboa) as a partner for excellence in teaching.
Initially, 6 courses will be available, namely Business Management, Strategic Innovation, Transformative Leadership, New Marketing, High Performance Teams and Agile Management.
The “Boost Academy” is aimed at SMEs, entrepreneurs, leaders and managers, who will become part of a Top Executive Education community in Mozambique, focusing on management and leadership. The courses that will be launched throughout 2023 with content adjusted to the Mozambican market, also provide access to international certification by Nova SBE.

This official also adds that “Nova SBE Executive Education brings the knowledge and content and the ideaLab makes applicability to the local reality, providing courses with international standards, but adapted to the needs of Mozambique".
