The city of Nuremberg, Germany, housed the International Ideas Fair which started on the 29th of October and ended yesterday, the 1st of November. Angola was represented by 10 inventors.
Our representatives presented 19 projects. The Integrated Medical Emergency System, the Anti-Matrix Application, ISUTIC of the Future, Angola's Integrated Traffic Regulation System (SIRETA), the Nahary Vehicle and the Angolan Serpent Poisoning and Poisoning study project are included in the lists of Angolan inventions.
Adario Muatelembe, of 23, a student of the 4X year of Computer Science, at Agostinho Neto University, developed the application Palanquinha, an infinite racing game in 2D, whose main character is the Black Palanca, whose main purpose is dissemination of the natural landscapes of Angola.
"The support we receive from our colleagues and teachers in the institutions is only moral support. When you need values to buy a work tool, you have to get it out of your pocket, "he explains.
In Germany, the Higher Institute of Information and Communication Technology will present two projects invented by the students. ISUTIC of the Future and the application against the Mata-Aula.
The latter won the Higher Education category at the sixth edition of the Angolan Inventor and Creator Fair, which took place in September at the Talatona Convention Center. According to ISUTIC project coordinator, Valeriano Marcelino, the application created at that institution is an electronic point book that will help combat the phenomenon of "mta-aula" (lack of attendance).
Armelim Cardoso of 52 years, is the inventor of the first Angolan car. Nahary is the brand of the vehicle built for eight months, and was awarded in the special category of last fair of the inventor and creator, held in Luanda. Due to lack of monetary values, Nahary is mono-place.
"For its design and for being a car with a system slightly different from conventional cars, dreaming is not forbidden, I dream to bring a medal. As in sport, science and technology, innovation level, when it comes with medals, is also a prestige for the country, "says Armelim Cardoso, noting that it is a car that is easy to drive and maintain.
