  1. Good intention, but the execution was unfortunate... At the moment we are paying 30 thousand to have limitations is not feasible, I prefer to pay for a lower speed, but to have the internet available for the whole month... Outside Luanda, in Benguela, Lubango, where there is great dissatisfaction with the services provided by TV Cabo, if they launched unlimited residential packages, they would certainly be able to conquer a good slice of the market… Personally, as I live outside Luanda, I prefer to invest in Starlink (when available).

    our children watch cartoons every day, not to mention movies, which are now all online. For me, these volume plans need to END, and opt for unlimited only.
