A LG officially announced in the MWC 2017, its next top-of-the-range smartphone, the G6, which represented a departure from the modular design integrated in the predecessor the G5. After many rumors, we finally have official information.
The LG G6 has a bolder design, with a dual camera with two 13MP sensors and a 5MP front sensor. It is waterproof, the screen is 5,7 ″ and occupies almost 78,6% of the entire front panel and comes with a 2K resolution, of 1440 x 2880 pixels.
"The modular system seen in its predecessor was even left out in favor of adopting a traditional metallic body and a protection offered by Gorilla Glass".
The new LG smartphone features a Snapdragon 821 processor, 4GB RAM, expandable internal storage 32GB with microSD card (up to 2TB) and a 3,300mAh battery. The operating system is the Android 7.1 Nougat with the new LG UX 6.0 interface and secondary camera offers a wide-angle field of view up to 125 degrees.
The LG G6 can also be found in the “single-SIM” version, with a dedicated microSD slot, or in the “Dual-SIM” version, and in this case, to use the microSD card, the user will have to give up one of the slots for YEA.
