For João da Silva, head of Moral and Civic Education at the SME in that province, who was speaking after a visit made by staff from the SME to the provincial delegation of ANGOP, he stressed that it is necessary for the Angolan news agency to invest in technical and technological means , so that the body can stand on a par with its counterparts in other countries and live up to the demands of globalization.
