Microsoft and Nokia, love story ...

After a good deal of negotiation, Nokia and Microsoft just concluded the deal on Friday. The negotiation consists of transforming the two companies into one.

Nokia, which until a few months ago was treated as a property of Microsoft, finally announced its merger into the software giant. In a statement by the Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella we can read the following:

Together with our partners, we remain focused on delivering innovation faster in our mobile world and cloud first.

Stephen Elop, former Nokia CEO, will now head the Windows Phone manufacturer's device area, however, he denies that devices that do not use Windows Phone will be abandoned, not least because they are devices that have yielded profits for Nokia.

In addition to official notes from Microsoft and Nokia, an open letter from Stephen Elop, CEO of the Finnish company, was also released on Friday. In the document, he is proud of the partnership and promises many new features soon. In the letter he clarifies to pay attention to all devices, including continuing the line of smartphones with Android.
