After it has actually been confirmed that the arrival of a new mobile phone operator in Angola, now INACOM has also decided to reduce the time for granting licenses to communications companies that was previously carried out over a period of five days, and that henceforth only three days will be required to grant licenses. The information was made official by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Angolan Institute of Telecommunications (INACOM).
Second António Pedro Benge (PCA of INACOM), the speed in granting licenses, a year and a half ago, resulted from a restructuring in INACOM's work philosophy. there is no longer poorly managed processes or delays in finalizing license concessions. In general, he also guaranteed that INACOM is prepared to respond to the needs of telecommunications companies with the latest equipment.
The main task of INACOM is to regulate the electronic telecommunications sector, improve the working conditions of workers in the sector and protect users' interests in Angola.
