Angola Online is a social, non-profit project with the aim of creating free and public access points to the Internet in different places in the country, having already been implemented in the provinces of Luanda, Cunene, Cuanza Sul, Huíla. The project is an initiative of the National Institute for the Promotion of the Information Society (INFOSI) approved by the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology.

Second Manuel Man, Minister of Telecommunications and Information and Social Communication Technologies, the Angola Online project allowed free access to Internet for 30 thousand citizens, in the 111 points set up in the country, he recently informed in Luanda. He also stressed that the Internet must continue to be an asset that we must promote in all layers of society, and this work is being achieved through several projects, with emphasis on free access to the Internet.

According to the minister, massification and digital inclusion has been a reality through investments made in communications infrastructures, both by submarine cables and satellites. Each area or access point, where educational institutions stand out, has the capacity to support 60 users simultaneously, for every two hours a day. After this time, the user no longer has access to allow others to enter the network.
