A Samsung already confirmed that the Galaxy S23 series will be officially announced on February 1st and, thanks to a photograph that is circulating on Twitter, we have (again) the opportunity to see the three models.

The photo was shared by Sonny Dickinson's page on the social network and shows (from left to right) the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra.
BUT: Samsung is the main supplier of iPhone 14 screens
While the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ have a more rounded design and a triple camera, the Galaxy S23 Ultra should maintain a design with lines closer to the Galaxy Note series and with a four-sensor camera.
Note that the devices in this image are not functional mobile phones, but models created (most likely) to help create protective covers. We will then have to wait for more news about these three models.
