A startup easy houses was the big winner of the 1st phase of the LISP Boost, a pre-acceleration program consisting of 3 phases over 3 months, promoted by the National Bank of Angola (BNA) in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESCTI), and organized by Acelera Angola, which took place on the 26th of May.

In an exclusive interview with the program, the startup's "founders" informed that Easy Casas is a "technological project whose primary objective is to give dignity and put a key in the hand of every Angolan“, from the slogan 'Building dreams'.

For the duo of entrepreneurs, they highlighted the great advantages of participating in a mentoring or business acceleration program, such as LISPA Boost, where they managed to raise awareness about the importance of mentoring people who have experience in the area of digital entrepreneurship, mainly in the Angolan market, to “guide us on the steps we must take, so that we can move on to the next phase and not always stay at the same level".

BUT: LISPA Boost announces the startups selected for the 1st edition of the program

In this first phase of the program, Easy Casas also reinforces the benefits that national startups have when participating in these mentoring programs, since without them "we would be a little adrift, with these sessions we are being directed towards what is really our objective, which is to build houses and offer them or provide them to Angolan families", without forgetting to talk about the importance of the workshops, which "they were very important, they gave us a lot of knowledge that allowed us to understand how our journey with customers has been, where we concluded that we were not paying due attention. We were able to work on it thanks to these mentorships and workshops, and it was possible to improve the relationship with our customers“, they finished.

It should be noted that in this edition of LISPA Boost 11 “founders” participated, all nationals, with business ideas for different sectors of the national market – from edutech to B2B software – where they presented and defended, in 5 minutes, their idea before a diverse panel of juries. After defending all the entrepreneurs, the jury evaluated and named the startup Easy Casas as the winner, which was awarded 250k kz (two hundred and fifty thousand kwanzas).
