To celebrate its decade-old anniversary, UCALL decided to invest in innovation and technology by hiring TINBOT, the first interactive Brazilian robot that brings together Artificial Intelligence, Cognition and IoT (Internet of Things), to be part of the team in order to perfect the results delivered to customers.

O TINBOT offers a differentiated experience for people and builds an innovative image for small companies with a captivating design, the robot  caught the attention of the Angolan UCALL in the Whow festival, Brazil's largest business innovation festival. After knowing its features closely, the company decided to employ it as part of its network of employees to be responsible for monitoring internal processes and indicators. O TINBOT It will also be used in events and reception of guests and clients.

Still in this segment, the company presented the Yucca, your new virtual assistant, which integrates a solution for chatbot, also now available for companies. Ucall also presented technological and consultancy solutions, to support and support companies that have their in-house contact centers. TINBOT has natural speech in Portuguese, facial and voice recognition, gestures and expressions, in addition to being integrable with other systems through APIs, enabling interactivity and humanized personality. In addition, it also allows each company to customize and program the platform according to their needs.
