O WhatsApp appears to have started testing the version of the messaging app for iPad, with the test being accessible to some users of the beta version of the platform for iOS.
BUT: WhatsApp stops working on these smartphones in October. See if yours is on the list
The information was shared by the website WABetaInfo which, to prove the test, added some images of this app version. The user can connect their account to WhatsApp for iPad by scanning a QR code, just as they would on any other device. Conversations can be seen on the left side, while the contact/group you are chatting with is on the right side.
It's worth remembering that users have been asking WhatsApp to launch a dedicated version of the WhatsApp app for iPad for years, just like Instagram or Threads. However, it looks like WhatsApp won't be around much longer.
