Asseco Academy, a high-quality information technology training EXICTOS, will start its second course in July. Like the first edition, which was completed in March, most of the graduates who will participate in the certification program are newly graduates recruited from the main universities in the country.
The candidates, elected after a rigorous selection process, will have the opportunity to complete the course without any financial charge, and the costs will be fully paid by the EXICTOS.
O The certification program is carried out in person, during working hours, with a total of 240 hours of training. It consists of eight modules (six of which are evaluated), aimed at various aspects of the banking business. The course allows future professionals to acquire the appropriate skills to become specialists in information technologies applied to the financial sector. At the end of the program, a certificate will be given to the successful trainees.

How to apply?
This certification program, free of charge for the trainees and with a great number of candidates, will be carried out twice a year. In addition to the recruitment in the universities, promoted by the EXICTOS, the interested parties can also register online through the address [email protected]. Recently the company has created a new page on their website (www.exictos.com) entirely dedicated to Asseco Academy. On this page, candidates will be able to find all the information regarding the courses of the Academy and to put their questions online.
How many phases does this selection process contain?
The selection of the candidates goes through three phases. The first is the application of psycho-technical tests to assess their skills. Following is an interview with the Human Resources and Consulting team of EXICTOS where the interests, motivations and objectives of future trainees are evaluated. Finally, the selected group conducts a final interview with the Human Resources team where the conditions and the program of the Academy are presented in detail.
