UNITEL launches today, March 7th, the registration opening for the 3rd edition of UNITEL Code Robotica. UNITEL Code Robotics is a training course that aims to impart basic knowledge on programming, science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics. The initiative essentially aims to awaken interest in robotics, through innovative methodologies, among children and adolescents from 8 to 16 years old.
Candidates should have basic notions of mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division), computer science and the internet from a user perspective. Entries can be made by clicking here, from the 7th of March to the 7th of May, with the start of classes scheduled for the following dates:
- Benguela – March 15th to 17th
- Cabinda – 5th to 7th April
- Zaire –10th to 12th of April
- Bengo – April 26th to 29th
- Cuanza Norte- 08th to 10th of May
- Uíge- 29th to 31st of May
- Cuanza Sul- 7th to 9th of June
- Luanda- 14th to 16th of June
UNITEL Code Robotica was launched in March 2022 and has already trained more than 641 children and adolescents in the provinces of Cabinda, Huila, Malanje, Benguela, Namibe, Huambo and Luanda. The UNITEL Code Robotics training is an initiative that aims to promote the digital empowerment of communities, and is developed within the scope of UNITEL's Corporate Responsibility strategy, with the support of Startup Arotech.
