Well, the Angolan Institute of Communications (INACOM) launched on Tuesday (June 20, 2018), in Luanda, the free consumer helpline., thus allowing users of the services of electronic or postal communications operators throughout the national territory to submit any doubts. and unresolved issues.

How to make this contact?

The doubts can be made through the number 15555 (toll free number), made available to the public by INACOM, so that, from now on, users can, with greater ease and speed, see all the concerns inherent to communications services in the country.

The traditional contact channels, however, remain available to the public, namely INACOM's head office located at Avenida Dr. Agostinho Neto, 25, 1459 mailbox and e-mail: support.consumidor@ inacom.gov.ao.

As the national authority responsible for postal and electronic communications in Angola, INACOM prioritizes consumer well-being, therefore, it has invested in the opening of a channel that allows users to appeal when they feel their rights are violated or face unresolved issues by operator.
