BayQi, the Angolan e-commerce platform, inaugurated, on Wednesday, 23, at the headquarters of Correios de Angola, in the center of Luanda, its first Customer Support Desk, with a view to streamlining and making it easier to distribution of goods purchased on your platform. The opening ceremony was attended by the CEO of BayQi, Fátima de Almeida, representatives of the public company Correios de Angola, guests and journalists.
For the founder, the new counter represents another significant step in the Angolan Startup's expansion plan and will allow many companies, private customers and families, especially those without a well-defined address, to have a point to receive merchants acquired through the site. or from the BayQi app.


“The objective is to bring digital inclusion and give everyone the opportunity to use e-commerce, especially for those who do not have a right address”, stressed Fátima Almeida.
According to Fátima Almeida, with the Customer Support Desk, in the city center, platform users or companies and individuals interested in marketing their products via-BayQi, can now request information in person about the operation of the platform, as they will have support of technicians prepared for this purpose.

The company that recently introduced the VISA service to the E-Commerce market as part of its globalization process, allowing companies, individuals and families to buy or sell products in over 25 countries around the world, will soon present other points of receipt of products purchased on your platform.

 “In addition to the Client Desk to be inaugurated at the Post Office in Angola, BayQi will soon announce new points for receiving goods. These services will allow the creation of several direct and indirect jobs, and provide greater response to the platform's customers, whether companies or individuals. These will be places where our customers can pick up the products purchased at BAYQI, either through our website or our application”, added Fátima Almeida.
