Last Friday (15), we were present at the 4 Imagine Cup Angola. A competition organized by Microsoft, in order to select the teams of students that best projects present, in the order of: World Citizenship, Innovation and Games.
With an hour and a half of delay, began the event that took place in the pavilion of ISPTEC. In doing the honors of the house, Dr. Euclides Luis made a few words of welcome, followed by Dr. Gabriel Miguel (CTN), who gave a short retrospective on past editions and, finally, António Oliveira (Microsoft) gave by open the competition.
The panel was composed by: Dr. Gabriel Miguel (CTN), Gabriel Soares (UMA), Nuno Freitas (BAI), Pedro Silva (NCR), Ricardo Viera (UNITEL) and Gelson Bartolomeu (UNITEL).
Soon after the presentation of the Imagine Cup to those present, we were offered with the various projects prepared by the competitors in the categories described above. There were some dropouts and failures, other last minute inscriptions from some but in short it showed preparation and focus on what was being done. Congratulations to Microsoft and your partners.
