Students at ISUTIC - Higher Institute of Information and Communication Technologies have proven to be efficient in creating solutions for the good of the population. After having won the first edition of the “Unitel IoT - Internet of Things", The students want to take a step forward. This step involves the industrialization and subsequent commercialization of the project presented by the students.

The ISUTIC student group has created an integrated geolocation services for the ATM (ATM - Multicaixa), from an application installed on the phone.

The system, created by students of Telecommunication Engineering Felizardo Coxe, Geraldo Gomes, Sérgio Sebastião, Eliano Quiza, Gospel Fita and Michael Tan du Yan aims to provide information to the users of the Unitel network related to the geographic location of a nearest electronic box to avoid long walks.

Second Felizardo Coxe (Mentor of the project), the idea came up because, many times, we are forced to make several journeys to find an ATM with money, however, we created the application for the user, regardless of where they are, and provided that the phone is connected to the network, be able to send a message to the Unitel requesting the location of the boxes closest to him to avoid long walks.

Do you think this project should be used?
