Several staff from the National Space Program Management Office (GGPEN) recently received training in entrepreneurship and empathetic leadership, which provided a practical introduction to current thinking on leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation, based on the latest academic research from the London School of Economics (ECL).
The training cycle focused on several themes, with emphasis on “Leadership, Introduction to Empathic Leadership and Active Listening, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Developing an Innovative Mentality, Acting in an Entrepreneurial Way in an Organization and Negotiation Skills”.
