Huawei and ISPTEC launch training on Cybersecurity and Protection

Training in Cyber ​​Security and Privacy Protection began this Tuesday (26), in Luanda, at the Polytechnic Institute of Technologies and Sciences (ISPTEC), organized by Huawei Angola.

According to a statement sent to Jornal Angola, the training is in partnership between Huawei Angola and ISPTEC, which aims to train students in the ICT sector since 2020, which recently renewed its license with the multinational with the aim of teaching technical directions aimed at several areas, namely: AI, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Cloud Service, Data Communication, Intelligent Computing, IoT, Security, Storage, and WLAN by 2024.

Please note that very recently, the Chinese company opened registrations for 10 thousand free places in telecommunications courses, technologies and communication.

The training cycle will cover from September to December 2023, where the training action that plans to train around 10 technicians, results from the cooperation agreement recently signed between the two institutions, and aims to contribute to the technical and technological development of the country, through the training and qualification of young talents and Angolan specialists.

Thus, between the months of September and December, three (3) intensive courses will be taught in a hybrid format (face-to-face and virtual), in Luanda – Talatona, at the Huawei Technological Center, namely:

a) Cloud DataCenter Operations;

b) HCIA-Datacom;

c) Big Data.
