The introduction of Starlink in Angola it was postponed again, according to what the MenosFios editorial staff found. The service that should start working in the country in the fourth quarter of 2023 was extended to the 3rd quarter of 2024.

This information is revealed by availability map from Starlink, where with internet of up to 220 MB/s you can leverage a new reality for business in the sector.

The connection offers speeds of up to 220 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload in virtually any region of the world. Here in Angola, the company is expected to guarantee 100% coverage in territorial waters.

Despite this announcement by the company, Starlink will have to wait for the approval of the national regulatory body, namely the Angolan Institute of Communications (INACOM).

Starlink is currently accepting pre-registration for the service, at a cost of 7.440 kwanzas (US$9).
