A Sony representative in recent statements has confirmed that PS4 will be supported by voice commands through the Playstation Eye Camera. According to the same more details will be released during the launch of PS4 on November 24.
With this the Playstation equals one of the main features of the Xbox. This information was the only thing reported by the representative.
We remember that the Playstation 4 leaves November 15 in the US and November 29 in Europe costing 399 dollars and 349 euros respectively. But unlike the Xbox One that will already bring the Kinect in the package, the Playstation Camera will be sold separately for 59 dollars or 49 euros.
