Luanda: Internet failure conditions issue and assignment of Identity Card

1736

An interruption in the Internet signal, based on a fault in the data processing center of the provider company, is conditioning the issuance and attribution of the Identity Card (BI) at some posts in Luanda, especially in the Zango area.

According to an official note from the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (MINJUSDH), it calls for “maximum understanding” and promises to inform users “as soon as the problem is solved".

BUT: Luanda has only 24 ATMs per 100 inhabitants

It should be noted that last week the MINJUSDH announced that the country's Civil and Criminal Identification posts would operate from Monday to Sunday, including holidays, as part of a special programme.

The measure, of an extraordinary nature, establishes a period of operation from 8:00 am to 17:30 pm, and aims to allow the citizen to collect or process the Identity Card on any day of the week.
