The entertainment world is changing rapidly. Increased access to home fiber, as well as an increasing number of content creators and video-on-demand services, are forcing big entertainment companies to rethink their business strategies and innovate new and exciting ways to entertain their customers. .

That’s why, as part of its digital transformation journey, the MultiChoice partners with Microsoft in various solutions, including Azure, Microsoft 365, D365 and security services.

The partnership aims to give MultiChoice the ability to deal with the challenges of its constantly changing sector, generating business efficiency through collaboration and exploring innovative ways of providing content to its subscribers thanks to Artificial Intelligence and Big Data analysis.

“MultiChoice chose Azure as an important platform on their journey to the cloud,” says Alkis Flemetakis, account manager for Enterprise Commercial at Microsoft Corporation.

Brad Eliot, executive of the MultiChoice group, says that working with Microsoft has opened up opportunities that MultiChoice would never be able to pursue without access to cloud computing. “Our services have content that facilitates the understanding and preferences of our subscribers. We are modernizing our data centers and Microsoft is helping us with its existing technologies. ”

“Microsoft is collaborating and helping organizations to transform themselves digitally, with its technologies and tools that enable the success of its customers in a uniform manner”, concludes Eliot.
