Minister of Telecommunications and Technologies will prioritize modernization of services

The most new Minister of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication (MINTTICS), Mário Oliveira, informed that it is urgent to invest in the modernization of services, in the training of staff and, above all, in the improvement of the working conditions of each one of the dependencies and of the companies of the sector.

The leader who was speaking at the swearing-in of the new Secretaries of State for Telecommunications, Information Technologies, Pascoal Borges Alé Fernandes, and for Social Communication, Nuno dos Anjos Caldas Albino, also said that training staff is an important condiment for the materialization and improvement of the services rendered in the ministerial department.

In his approach, Mário Oliveira stressed that it is imperative to equip the media with modern equipment to respond to the challenges of the new Angola, mainly for the achievement of the Executive, as it is an indispensable tool for good proactive, persuasive communication , appellative and plural.

"We cannot ignore the fact that, for good communication, it is necessary to accompany good technological performance", stressed the minister, referring that the quality of workers reflects much of what the social life of the country is, as "it is imperative to continue to privilege not only training, but also working conditions, to be present in the modernization programs that the sector intends to implement”, stressed the Minister.

The head of the MINTTICS portfolio also stressed that training sequences will be given to increasingly qualify the sector's staff, mainly RNA, TPA, JA and Angop professionals, related to specific areas, as well as others of a general scope, including techniques and engineering.
