Motorola Moto E, tough and cheap

Motorola's mobile device division has gone hand in hand in recent years, was bought by Google and soon thereafter sold to Lenovo, it is hoped that the latter company will succeed in this difficult area.

To comply with this plan, Motorola bet on Android, without much modification, adding a Reliable hardware and ending with a low price. They are ingredients that already work for some companies.

The first Smartphone of the Lenovo era is the Moto E, which has the following specifications:

  • 4,3 screen with resolution 960 x 540 Pixels, with Gorilla Glass 3 technology and an anti-stain coating
  • Processor 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon 200
  • RAM memory of 1GB of RAM
  • Internal storage of 4GB  (with a microSD slot for expansion),
  • Main Camera 5 megapixels.
  • Battery 1980 mAh
  • Weight: 142 g
  • There is also the protective cover that should be water repellent, which will make the device more durable

The operating system will be Android 4.4 KitKat, without many changes.

Motorola is working on some apps with Moto E, one of which is for location sharing, including “Location status“, Which sends a message to a person chosen by us when we leave or arrive at a specific destination. The other application is “Meet Me / Follow Me“, Which helps you locate a friend in the crowd.

These two applications are aimed at young audiences, which should be the target of the Motorola Moto E.

Price

The best was for the end. In the North American market the Moto E will cost 129 USD, yes just that. In England it will be 89 Pounds. With these characteristics, it appears that the cost-benefit ratio is optimal.

In Angola, will this smartphone reach less than 200 USD?
