At a time when Mozambican technology is recovering and strengthening after the Covid-19 pandemic, with each passing day, a new “micro-community” emerges, each focusing on a given technology.
Taking a clinical look at this situation, for Igor Sambo, current president of the largest developer community in Mozambique, the MozDevz, describes it as “excellent”.
"It's excellent, I wouldn't say it any other way, as has been said, the Mozambican market is still new. If MozDevz wanted to monopolize, in the end we will not be able to strengthen the entire ecosystem“, he stated, highlighting that with the birth of several communities, space is opened for the possibility of more individuals boosting each technological front.
Therefore, rather than looking at them as competitors, Igor Sambo emphasizes that MozDevz aims to ensure that all communities can carry out their activities and can sustain technology in the country.
