A Sony it is a concrete example that quantity can be combined with quality. Recently, the company presented another product, this time, an external hard drive. The 1TB product comes with a rubber coating and is splash-proof (IPX2) and dust-proof (IP5X).
The new hard drive was designed to withstand a drop of up to 1,2 meters from a height. In addition to the USB 3.0 port, the HD-SP1 drive is compatible with a “Backup Manager 2.0” software solution and features Password Protection Manager and Data Transfer Accelerator.
The company has not anticipated any likely release date, but it should not be long before the external hard drive HD-SP1 reaches stores in several countries.
