Some smartphones did not deserve Apple's “attention”: iPhone 6, 6 Plus and 5s and the 6th generation iPod touch will not receive iOS 13.
For iPads, the Air and mini 3 models are not entitled to upgrade. If you have an interlocking Apple watch, you can rest assured that all four generations of the watch will be updated.
